Cava Dibon Ice is a semi-dry (demi-sec) sparkling wine from Spain, characterized by fruity aromas, rounded taste and freshness. It is made from three grape varieties: 65% Xarel-lo, 20% Parellada and 10% Macabeo. The production process includes fermentation at low temperatures and a second fermentation in the bottle for about 12 months.

Production: The grapes are first sorted and fermented at low temperatures in order to preserve the aromas of the fruit. After that, the wine goes through a second fermentation in the bottle (traditional champagne method), which lasts about 12 months.
